Site Functionality

Can I share my individual subscription with others?
No. Individual subscriptions are only for the use of the purchaser of the subscription. In our Terms of Use agreement you’ve agreed to keep your login information confidential.

I receive an error message reading "This account is already in use" and I cannot log into my subscription. What do I do?
Delete your browser’s cache and cookies, and exit your browser completely before attempting to access PharmacyLibrary again. The instructions for clearing your cache and cookies may be different for each browser and version. Please consult your browser’s help menu for specific instructions.

In the NAPLEX functionality, how can I clear my question history so that I can start with a clean slate?
On the NAPLEX home page you can elect to clear your history. Once done, the system will count all questions as unanswered and your scoring history will be completely erased. Please note that individual subscribers can clear their history only once.

How can I make sure that I see all of the questions in the database?
Make sure to select "Unanswered Questions Only" from the Create Exam page. Then, when you select questions by subject, you'll be able to calculate the number of unanswered questions remaining in that subject. Choose some or all of those questions for each subject until there are none remaining.

I think I found an error in the content. What do I do?
The questions in PharmacyLibrary.com undergo extensive editing. To report errors, please send an e-mail to PharmacyLibrary@aphanet.org. We appreciate your cooperation in making PharmacyLibrary.com a more useful service.

Why don't I see more of the page?
How much of the page you see depends on your monitor screen resolution. We recommend viewing at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (for best results) or 800 x 600.

Can I safely use pop-up blockers on the site?
No. Please disable all pop-up blockers. Some core content, including notes, tables, and images appears in pop-up windows.

What is the subscription price?

How do I get help with my subscription?

What if I forget my user name and/or password?
You can retrieve your login information by clicking the "Forgot your username/password" link on the home page and entering your e-mail address. Or, call the Help Desk 24-hours a day at 202-448-8731. Customers who leave messages will be called back during the weekday business hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm.
We will ask for your name and address and will access your account online. We will then e-mail the user name for your account to the e-mail address supplied upon registration. Since passwords are encrypted, we cannot determine your original password. We will change your password to a generic password, e-mail that to your specified e-mail address, and then you have the option to change your password.

When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts as soon as your payment clears. For subscriptions ordered online with a credit card, this will be as soon as the credit card transaction is complete. For orders mailed or faxed to our Order Department, this will be when your payment is recorded; you will receive e-mail notification when the subscription begins.

How can I evaluate the site before I make a purchase decision?
You can browse around the site, run searches, take the sample test, etc. without logging in. Institutions can contact us for a temporary log in to see the site.

How private is the information that I supply in my registration form?
The information that you supply is covered by APhA’s Privacy Policy and is used to provide you with the best possible service for PharmacyLibrary.com. For more details on APhA’s Privacy Policy, please click on the "Privacy Policy" link at the bottom of any screen in PharmacyLibrary.com.

Can I share my individual subscription with others?
No. Individual subscriptions are licensed only to the user who purchased the subscription. When you agreed to the Terms of Service Agreement you agreed to keep your User Name and Password confidential. To review the Terms of Service, please click on the Terms of Use link at the bottom of any PharmacyLibrary.com page.

How do I change information in my personal profile, for example, a new address or telephone number?
E-mail the new information to our Customer Service department at PharmacyLibrary@aphanet.org. Please include your username in the e-mail.

Can PharmacyLibrary.com accommodate institutional licenses by IP address, referring URL, or User Name/Password configurations?
